I came in at 10:21 with a broken tooth and an infection. The front desk staff was quick and sympathetic to my pain and got me back fast. The assistant I guess you would call her, went above and beyond to be me Into a surgery place to have a root canal done. Super impressed with the staff for sure. Will be back for my cap

I don't think there are enough positive things I could say about this dental office. From the sweet young lady at the front desk when you walk in to the hygienists and staff behind the scenes, they were all so wonderful. One of my boys saw Jessica (Assistant) and Vinny (the Hygienist) both were so nice and fun. They made my son feel comfortable and engaged him which is great. My other son saw Sabrina (hygienist) who was wonderful! It says a lot for an office and its staff when your 10 year old boys said I can't wait to go back to the dentist. One will be going back soon because he has some cavities that need to be filled and Leah was very nice and gave us all the information we needed for the next visit. Dr. Tepedino was very kind and informative about telling the boys they need to make sure they are keeping their teeth clean and explaining the importance of healthy teeth. They have been working really hard at cleaning their teeth since our visit on Saturday, I hope they keep it up!! I'm very happy knowing that everyone my boys engaged at this office, each person was kind and willing to talk to them. Any dental office (medical office) that can give my kids a feeling of comfort and relaxation is an office worth us sticking with. Thank you all so much for making it a great experience for my boys!!

Doctor Tepedino, is currently working on my dental implant and with all honesty and because I am coming from a medical background family I can easily tell when I am in good hands this doctor is "AMAZING" very professional, extremely knowledgeable, & has a lot of integrity which is difficult to find in these days, I personally shopped around went to several dental practices here in JACKSONVILLE and Doctor Tepedino was the only doctor so far that took the time to study my case real good and proposed the best dental treatment for my case and circumstances, with all integrity. I trully feel that Doctor Tepedino, will never propose a treatment that a patient doesnt require, and that was the reason for me choosing this practice , the way they treated me and the time they took to analyse my dental profile and needs plus after visiting so many dental practices in town that was just about choosing the fast treatment that would make them the most money without reviewing the best medical alternatives. For example In one instance one of those places offered me to extract all my good teeths to perform a G4. knowing that I was not really an extreme CANDIDATE. for a G4 ? that is how greedy and unprofessional many dental practices are. But thank goodness I found Doctor Tepedino at DENTAL ARTS OF FLORIDA here in JACKSONVILLE. trust me He is trully all about his patients.He is Highly professional and so is everyone in his office I trully Waiting forward to continue all my dental works at DENTAL ARTS. PLUS I recommend this place not with a 5 stars I trully will rate it as a perfect 10 stars. and they open 7 days a week.

I have been going to Dental Arts of Florida for a while now and I have nothing but nice things to say! From the moment you walk through the door you're instantly welcomed by the friendly faces at the front desk one of which is Adrianna! Today I had a cleaning by the hygienist named Michelle, who did such a wonderful thorough job! I admired the fact that she did not rush and really educated me on all the questions that I had. It was nice to know that I mattered. After my cleaning the assistant Sabrina then took some moldings of my mouth for trays to do the at home bleach kit. Her funny spirt kept me calm and still and the time flew by. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. I could not be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Dental Arts Of Florida!

I have always hated the dentist and that all changed when I started going here. I have been a patient for a few years now. The staff is great, always friendly. Since they are open 7 days a week it fits my schedule.

I had a great cleaning and x-rays. The appointment was on time, the staff are always friendly. I felt very relaxed, which you would think is unusual for a dental appointment.

I absolutely love working here as a dental hygienist, our patient's are amazing and im not just saying this but Dr.Tepedino,DMD and Dr. Stevens,DDS are honesty the best doctors I've worked for since practicing hygiene in 2009. Not only are They both extremely talented and I respect them both tremendously, but they also treat me great and respect the staff and make working enjoyable. I wouldnt want any other dentists working on me and my family and I've worked with many amazing dentists during my career. I am so proud to be part of the dental arts team! I love this office and staff. Our Doctors are top notch.

Being a first time patient and having an emergency at the same time, Dental Arts of Florida was able to work me in the same day! I am very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone was extremely nice and had a great attitude like they wanted to be there. After reviewing the issue they told me in detail my options as well as make sure I understood the outcome of each option. They even broke down each option with payment information up front so I knew what to expect out of pocket. Dr. Stevens made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. For such of an invasive procedure, Dr. Stevens' techniques not only successfully completed the task but I was not sore the day after like I was anticipating. Dental Arts of Florida is now my and my family's permanent family dentist.

I've had a lot of work done here from teeth pulled to cosmetic fillings and double cleanings every year I love this place and would recommend to anyone Dr Tepidino is very courteous and strives to make sure it's little to no pain during each visit and service! I have braces now so his team does everything they have to do to keep my teeth strong and clean

I started using Dental Arts five yrs ago. I had a emergency visit on a saturday. My former dentist of 28 yrs. retired . Took a chance. I drive 45 miles one way, that should tell you something. I've never had any pain with my treatment. The Doctor and the staff are very informative with each procedure.My Co payments are low and the work is top notched. Thank you

Not only is Dr. Tepedino AND his assistants thorough and passionate about their work, but they are also kind people who make you feel safe and welcome, and simplify everything that seems complicated in order to meet your level of understanding. They make it clear that no matter the issue, they are there to fix it and suggest new plans, ideas and treatments for you, not to judge or berate you for where you are currently at. I specifically had a great experience with Tepedino’s assistant, Dee. She made me comfortable, explained everything happening with each tooth and every possible option that I had... from how to make payments, to discussing the ways I could go about my having my treatments. The woman at the front desk (did not catch her name) explained payment and insurance information with helpful knowledge as well. Everyone knows what they are doing on this office.

Dee was awesome during my visit for my new crown. She was so patient and calming. Dr Tepedino and everyone in the office is always so caring, helpful and professional. They have greatly reduced my anxiety of going to dentist.

I had a awesome experience months of pain narrowed down to 2hrs i didnt feel any pain and my doc was soooo handsome and the assistant was sooooo sweet..yes a lil longer then i wanted to wait but they got the job done and i was very pleased

This is the best dental group! Dr Tepedino is wonderful. His assistant - Lauren is amazing. I've had a lot of work completed and am very happy. The front desk crew are very nice and organized. I will be going back for a long time. As will my two sons!
